Venue packages starts at initial 5hrs of party time, ***Note: Extra charge is incurred for extra hours outside the chosen 5 hours and after mid-night.***

Platinum Room Rate (Big Building) Initial Package:($6000)

This is our biggest room. This package is for 100 guests. However, room can sets up to 250 guests. The room can be used for any event with a large crowd but most exceptionally gorgeous for weddings. We cater and have food packages. call for details, but we also allow outside food catering and alcohol. The Platinum Room package includes:

• Decoration in client color
• Gold Chivari chairs (Specify number of guests at reservation)
• Centerpiece (water beads with submersible light), tea lights, overlay)
• Dinner/dessert plate, cutlery, water/wine glasses, napkin, linen
• 10 beautiful and elegant chandeliers
• 12 elegant and crystal-like wall-scorns
• Dining Room – a separate room from the reception hall for food setup
• Lobby for cocktail- An exquisite foyer for cocktails and mini-size events.
• Two extra private bridal suites for changing (For Wedding events).
• Elegant table linen(tablecloth)
• Dance Floor
• Backdrop
• Setup
• 20-25 Up-lightings
• Throne Chair (For Wedding or Rental request)
• Cake cutting and serving,
• Breakdown (Additional Service, request at reservation)
• Food, Beverage. (Water and iced tea) and Cocktails. (Ask for our menu and/or vendor list)

Lobby in the Big Building (Silver Room ($500))

• Seats upto 60 guests

Small Building – Gold Room -($600)

This is our medium size room. This room can be use for medium-small size events. This room allows “do it yourself” or we do it for you. The initial package includes:

• Room
• Tables
• Chairs
• 10 beautiful chandeliers
• Hotel-style-like carpet for a good ambience

Other Services:

• Flipping: If you would like to use the same banquet room for multiple events i.e. wedding ceremony and reception in the same room. It would take up to 2-3hrs for flipping the room. (Pls factor the timing when planning the event program). Also, ask for details at time of booking. – ($500)

• Event Planning and Day of Event Coordination Rate- (call for pricing)

• Indoor Wedding Ceremony ONLY Setup includes decoration initial ($800) Upto 100 guests– Upto 1 hr includes white padded chairs, aisle runner, unity candle, 15 candelabra, 4-piece white columns, aisle ball flower hanging on chairs(10). (Extra is incurred for Grand baby piano, drapes ask for details).
• Outdoor Wedding Ceremony ONLY-($1000) Price is for Upto 100 guests– Upto 1 hr includes white padded chairs, aisle runner, unity candle, 15 candelabra, 4-piece white columns, aisle ball flower hanging on chairs(10). (Extra is incurred for Grand baby piano, drapes ask for details). Pls note space can seat Upto 1000 guests. Ask for additional pricing at reservation
• Outdoor Wedding Ceremony and Reception on the lawn ($18000) Price is for Upto 300 guests. Great for destination wedding.Package Includes the followings:
