Thanks for responding to my email. Your venue only has 2 time slots? 5 pm would be to early I would be paying and not be there so I was wondering do you ever allow a different 5 hour slot? My events normally don’t start til 9 with me decorating and setting up about 7 and usually wines down about 12-12:30 usually finishing cleanup no later than 1-1:30 so how exactly would that work and price wise for your facility? Also in the platinum room I only seen gold chairs in the pictures is that the only color chairs for that room? My event will be an all white affair with silver accents and decor. Do you rent white linen tablecloths if so how much? Also if this could be accommodated what days and time do you show the building? Thank you in advance hope to hear back soon.
