Reservation Process

Company Policy

  • Refundable Security deposit to reserve the date for
    1. Platinum Room $500
    2. Gold Room $250

    This fee holds the reserved date and its refundable one week after the event, assuming no damages or extra financial liabilities or cancellation.

  • This Reservation or Security deposit is NOT Refundable if:
    1. Client cancel at Anytime after the deposit has been received, other client may be looking and the potential customer lost.
    2. There are damages, during the event ie, broken chairs, damages to walls, gum or carpet, irremovable stain on carpet and much more damages.
    3. ·Event took longer than booked time. If more than an hour, extra charges will be incurred and client will need to pay.
    4. The refund of Security deposit depicit a “SUCCESSFUL” event.
    5. No event Concern or complain will be entertained after security deposit has been refunded.

Refundable Security deposit also serves as the Reservation fees. This fee is refundable one week after the event.

Please note that setup, event and breakdown time is included in the 5 hrs booking time. However, If Client requires additional time outside this slotted 5 hrs time, please reserve additional time.

Setup Fee

This is extra charges set for any client setup needed before or after the event. This fee varies, so we recommend client request details during contract signing.

Events Concern/Complain

  1. Any Concern ie complain should be reported to manager or supervisor on site at time of event in a written form signed by both Client and Manager
  2. No full refund or part-refund of any kind after event is over or days after event is over without any written form of report signed by both Client and Manager or supervisor on duty at time and date of event.
  3. Any Extra Services offered at time of event compensated for any issue encountered during event, hence no complain or concern shall be entertained or documented for reporting.
