Platinum Room Rate (Big Building)

Initial Package:($4500)

This is our biggest room. The room can be used for any event with a large crowd but most exceptionally gorgeous for weddings. We allow alcohol and outside vendor for food catering. The Platinum Room package includes:

  • Decoration whiich includes: (Tables,
  • Gold Chivari chairs(Specify number of guests at reservation)
  • Centerpiece (water beads with submersible light), tea lights, overlay)
  • Dinner/dessert plate, cutlery, water/wine glasses, napkin
  • 10 beautiful and elegant chandeliers
  • 12 elegant and crystal-like wall-scorns
  • Dining Room – a separate room for food setup
  • Lobby for cocktail- An exquisite foyer for cocktails and mini-size events.
  • Two extra private bridal suites for changing(For Wedding events).
  • Pintuck linen(tablecloth)
  • Dance Floor
  • Backdrop
  • Setup
  • Uplight
  • Throne Chair(For Wedding or at Rental request)
  • Cake cutting and serving,

Silver Room ($500)

Small Building

Gold Room -($600)

This is our nest medium size room. This room can be use for medium-small size events. This room allows “do it yourself” or we do it for you. The package includes:

  • Room
  • Tables
  • Chairs

Other Services:

  • Flipping: If you would like to use the same banquet room for multiple events i.e. wedding ceremony and reception in the same room. It would take up to 2-3hrs for flipping the room. (Pls factor the timing when planning the event program). Also, ask for details at time of booking.
  • Event Planning and Day of Event Coordination Rate- (call for pricing)
  • Wedding Ceremony Setup
  • Indoor Ceremony (upto 1 hr) includes white padded chairs, aisle runner, unity candle, 15 candelabra, 4-piece white columns, aisle ball flower hanging on chairs(10). (Extra is incurred for Grand baby piano, drapes ask for details).
