Event Facility

We have up to five rooms to accommodate your need depending on the number of guests and/budget

Platinum

This is our Main Building and has the Biggest Room in the facility. The building is standalone with: This room seats up to 300 guests Banquet style(This seating number of guest is without stage or dance floor, 250 with dance floor and stage). This is our biggest room with elegant chandelier, Chivari chairs and wall scorns with an extinguish foyer/Lobby for cocktails. This building also has a Male/Female guest bathrooms elegantly furnished to meet the exotic style of the facility. There is also a private bridal room (Bride & Groom) with a private bathroom to allow before, in-between and after event change of cloth and mingling with bridal train and family. This building also has a full-size kitchen with commercial refrigerator, warmer and ice maker that can feed upto 1000 guest. We also have a dining room that can seat upto 30 people where the food is served, buffer or one-one serving of guest.

Gold Building

This is our second building. This room has its own built-in stage with off-white grand baby piano seats up to 80 guests  (This seating number of guest is without the dance floor, 60 with dance floor). This room can also be used for ceremony onsite.

Silver Room(Lobby)

This is the first entry in the platinum building. it room will seat upto 60 guests with 3 beautiful chandeliers, travertine floor(high-end of Marble with Lava-love in the middle), wall-scone to accent the room while beautifying your event.

Party Item Rentals

We rent out all wedding items outside the facility, please check out rental site for items and if you don’t see what you are looking for, please call or email to ask(www.olams.com)

Decor & Lighting

  • We do all types of decoration including extensive drapes.
  • Floral decoration (Bouquet, boutonniere, bridal party flower arrangements etc).

Garden/Outdoor Wedding Ceremony and Reception

We have a garden around the facility that will seat up to 1000 guests for various events.

Corporate and Company Events

We will even come to your location to setup, plan and work your in-house events. Call or email to discuss your next event.  (ie small or big company entertainment ideas, non-profit events, entertainer events and much more)

Events & Networking

Planning of various monthly and quarterly network events for vendors to meet and referrals generated.
